Cinnamon Bark is used sparingly and always with caution.  It is considered a 'hot' oil.  In England, cinnamon bark is never recommended to be taken internally.  Here in the US, you would use well diluted.  You will find this oil in some of our blends, but just a little.  Always dilute with grapeseed oil or some other carrier oil.
