I am going to step out and say that this will be the finest Thyme you have ever used on or in your body. This is must have is a trojan against infections, both viral and bacteria.  We use this in several of our formulas for the assist it gives other oils. As a single, it is always used with a carrier oil, in a capsule for internal use, or when applied to the body.  Thyme is considered a "hot" oil and not recommended as a single for children.  Use with caution, but confidence that it will work for you.
